CELL PHONES:

Campers will be allowed to use phones on the bus, in cabins & during free time.

Leaders should keep their cell phones on at all times.

Day 1: July 20 (Sunday)

1:00 p.m. - Be at St. Matthews to load luggage and supplies.

1:30 p.m. - Depart

6:00 p.m. - Arrive at Robber’s Cave State Park, Unpack

7:00 p.m. - Meal prayer and Supper

8:00 p.m. – Evening Reflection (Circle Up) Review Camp Rules

8:30 p.m. - Get Ready for Bed / Showers

10:00 p.m. - Lights out

Day 2: July 21 (Monday)

8:30 a.m. – Mass

9:00 a.m. – Breakfast

10:00 a.m. – Small Group Discussion

10:15 a.m. – (Free Time / Crafts / Fishing)

11:45 a.m. – Lectio Divina

12:00 p.m. - Lunch

1:00-4:00 p.m. – Swimming & Boating

4:00-4:15 p.m. - Return to Camp

4:15-4:45 p.m. – Free Time

4:45-5:00 p.m. – Small Group Discussion

5:00 p.m. - Supper

6:00 p.m.  – Game

8:00 p.m. – Evening Reflection & Prayers on the Cross

8:30 p.m. - Get Ready for Bed / Showers

Day 3: July 22 (Tuesday)

8:30 a.m. – Mass

9:00 a.m. – Breakfast

10:00 a.m. – Small Group Discussion

10:15 a.m. – (Free Time / Crafts / Fishing)

11:45 a.m. – Lectio Divina

12:00 p.m. - Lunch

1:00-4:00 p.m. – Swimming & Snowcones

4:00-4:15 p.m. - Return to Camp

4:15-4:45 p.m.  – Free Time

4:45-5:00 p.m. – Small Group Discussion

5:00 p.m. - Supper

6:00 p.m. – Adoration

8:00 a.m. - Morning Hike - leave for Robber’s Cave

9:00 a.m. – Breakfast

10:00 a.m. – Small Group Discussion

10:15 a.m. – (Free Time / Crafts / Fishing)

11:45 a.m. – Lectio Divina

12:00 p.m. - Lunch

1:00-4:00 p.m. – Change to go Swim & Swimming

4:15-4:45 p.m. – Pass out t-shirts for Mass in Wilburton

4:45-5:00 p.m. – Small Group Discussion

5:00 p.m. – Leave for Mass

5:30 p.m. – Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wilburton

6:30 p.m. – Supper

7:30 p.m. – Evening Reflection / Bonfire

8:30 p.m. - Get Ready for Bed / Showers

Day 5: July 24 (Thursday)

8:00 a.m. - Breakfast

8:30-10:00 p.m. - Pack Bags / Clean Camp / Load Luggage

10:00 p.m. - Leave Robber’s Cave

12:00 p.m. - Lunch in Shawnee @ Chick-fil-a

12:45 p.m. - Leave Shawnee

2:45-3:15 p.m. – Arrive at St. Matthew’s and Go Home!

RULES

• Absolutely no pranks after lights out!!!
• Water Fights are only allowed in the grassy area where kickball is played and only during designated times.
• During Water Fights: no going into the kitchen or restrooms to refill water.
• No water guns
• Everyone must shower daily
• Deodorant must be worn daily
• No inappropriate language
• Cell phones are not allowed during Mass, Adoration, Lectio Divina, Small Groups or any other times of prayer.
• Inappropriate cell phone use will result in child being sent home, and parent(s) having to come to camp to pick them up that same day.
• Buddy System: always go in pairs of 2 or more. If you go to the restroom while at the lake, make sure someone goes with you.
• CABINS & BUS: Food and drinks will be allowed as long as they are picked up after each use. If it is left dirty with trash, those privileges will be revoked.
• Fishing is only allowed during Free Time and an adult must be present at all times.
• Keep your hands to yourself while in the lake/pool. No jumping, hanging on, or grabbing other adults or campers.
• Cabins: 6-8 grades will be on one side, and 9-12 grades will be on the other side.
• Do not go into cabins that you are not assigned to.
• Cabin Assignments will be posted on each door.
• Boys and girls should always stay away from the other’s restrooms/showers.

 Boys are Blue, and Girls are Pink = NO PURPLE ALLOWED!
