CELL PHONES:

No cell phones or electronic devices from 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

Campers will only be allowed to use phones on the bus

to/from camp (on the bus) and in the cabins.

Leaders should keep their cell phones on at all times.

Day 1: July 17 (Sunday)

12:45 PM - Be at St. Matthews loading up luggage and supplies

2:00 PM - Depart

6:00 PM - Arrive at Robber’s Cave State Park, Unpack, Determine Boys and Girls lodgings

7:00 PM - Meal prayer and Supper

8:00 PM – Evening Reflection

8:30 PM - Get Ready for Bed / Showers

10:00 PM - Lights out

Day 2: July 18 (Monday)

9:00 AM – Mass

9:30 AM - Breakfast

10:30 AM - Petting Zoo & Tree

12:00 PM - Lunch

1:00-4:00 PM - Change to go Swimming & Swimming

4:00-4:15 PM - Return to Camp

4:15-4:45 PM – Free Time

4:45-5:00 PM – Lectio Divina

5:00 PM - Supper

6:00 PM – Game (Kickball)

8:00 PM – Evening Reflection

8:30 PM - Get Ready for Bed / Showers

10:00 PM - Lights out

Day 3: July 19 (Tuesday)

9:00 AM - Breakfast

10:45 AM-12:00 PM - Boating, Swimming, Nature Center

12:00 PM - Lunch

1:00-4:00 PM - Snow Cones & Swimming

4:00-4:15 PM - Return to Camp

4:15-4:45 PM – Free Time

4:45-5:00 PM – Lectio Divina

5:00 PM - Supper

5:30 PM – Leave for the Amphitheatre

6:00-6:30 PM - Adoration & Confession

6:30 PM - Mass

7:00-8:00 PM – Volleyball Game then Return to Camp

8:00 PM – Evening Reflection

8:30 PM - Return to Camp & Get Ready for Bed / Showers

10:00 PM - Lights out

Day 4: July 20 (Wednesday)

9:00 AM - Mass

9:30 AM - Breakfast

10:30 AM - Morning Hike - leave for Robber’s Cave

12:00 PM - Lunch

1:00-4:00 PM – Change to go Swimming & Swimming

4:15-4:45 PM – Free Time

4:45-5:00 PM – Lectio Divina

5:00 PM - Supper

6:00-8:00 PM – Game (Team Tag & Color War)

8:00 PM – Evening Reflection / Bonfire

8:30 PM - Get Ready for Bed / Showers

10:00 PM - Lights out

Day 5: July 21 (Thursday)

9:00 AM - Breakfast

10:30-12:00 PM - Pack Bags / Clean Camp / Load Luggage

12:00 PM - Leave Robber’s Cave

12:45 PM - Lunch in McAlester (Braum’s)

1:45 PM - Leave McAlester

4:45 – 5:45 PM – Arrive at St. Matthew’s and Go Home!

Church Camp Packing Necessities:

• Personal water bottle. Please put your name on the bottle.

          (This will be used for all meals and during trips to the lake/hiking).

• One plain white t-shirt for the Color War / Water Gun Fight
• GIRLS: one piece swimsuit or t-shirt/tank over two-piece (shirt/tank must stay on over two-piece)
• BOYS: t-shirt/tank with trunks (shirt/tank must stay on when swimming)
• Bring clothes for every day. (Pack an extra couple sets of clothes in case they are needed) (no revealing clothing or clothing with inappropriate logos/wording)
• Everyone should bring a Bible.
• Bring tennis shoes and extra pairs of socks.
• Bring flip flops for showering.
• Bring any required medications and we will be responsible for distribution at prescribed times.
• Personal items such as bath towel & beach towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc. should be brought by each camper for personal use.
• Bring a trash bag for dirty clothes (they get stinky)
• Bug spray & sunscreen.
• Bedding for a twin mattress & pillow (sleeping bags are not recommended because they are dangerous to use for those sleeping on the top bunk in the cabins).
• Flashlight
• Spending Money for lunch on the way home Thursday, and for any souvenirs or snacks at the pool.
• Cell phones will only be allowed on the bus to/from camp. Phones will be prohibited from 9:00 am – 10:00 pm. They may be used in the cabins ONLY!
