50th Jubilee Celebration

Dear Parishioners,

As you all know, we are going to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of St. Matthew Catholic Church. It is a joyful moment of 50 years of legacy of our faith. Time to thank God for all the blessings He showered upon us so far and to seek for the graces and blessings needed for the future. So, let us join together for the celebration on December 13th, 2020. In view of this celebration, we will be preparing spiritually having 3 days of prayer service (Triduum Novena to St. Matthew) with Adoration, Rosary and Mass. December 10-12th (Thursday - Saturday) Prayer service will start at 6:30 p.m. and each day will be taken care of by a group. December 13th will be a grand celebration of Mass by Archbishop Coakley, Sunday at 10:30 a.m. After Mass, each one will be given a gift in memory of our joyful celebration.

We will make sure, to the maximum, people are accommodated with all the safety measures in our facilities. We will not be having a meal after the Mass, but will be sure to fix a date in the future for a fellowship celebration, inviting all to join, without restrictions. May I request all of you to keep praying every day that God will be with us.

At this time, I request each of our parishioners to extend your support and gift towards this celebration which takes place once in 25 years. Whoever would like to support towards this celebration kindly mention in your contribution (check) for Jubilee Celebration.
Expecting your cooperation, both in spiritual and financial participation. Thank you.

Fr. Philip Louis
